For your celebrations

50 sq.m. banquet hall for up to 32 persons for your celebration, seminar, team building event, presentation or conference. The hall has a fireplace, wide windows with a magnificent view of the ponds and the beautiful environment of the homestead.

The homestead is convenient to celebrate weddings, christening, birthdays, company anniversaries. As well as arrange workshops, presentations, conferences.

There are 6 bedrooms on the second floor of the house for up to 30 persons. 8 more persons can stay in two holiday huts.

Next to the hall - a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare festive meals and snacks.

The first floor of the house has a steam sauna with a cozy sitting room.

In the yard - terrace, gazebo on the shore of the pond.

A large parking lot next to the house.

Upon an advance agreement we provide a festive dishes and snacks.

Holiday and accommodation

We offer holiday huts, rooms or the whole villa for rent at any time of the year. We invite families, couples or larger groups to rent the room or the entire house for a comfortable stay without strangers.

The guests can use the fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery, a terrace and a gazebo on the shore of the pond, a beach volleyball court, street basketball court.

We also offer accommodation for tourist groups up to 30 people.

Entertainment

Sauna fans are welcome to rent a steam sauna with a cozy sitting room with a magnificent view of three water ponds and beautiful nature.

After the sauna you can go swimming in the pond.

Other entertainments:

• Three water ponds in the territory of the villa, where you can swim, fish;
• Beach volleyball;
• Basketball board;
• A large territory of the homestead - a lot of space for walking, children’s games.

There are lots of entertainment possibilities and interesting places to visit around the villa:

• A famous Plateliai lake with many water entertainments - 20 km;
• Cold War Museum in Plateliai - 25 km;

Quadruple holiday cottages with amenities

Two holiday huts for rent a few hundred meters from the main house of the homestead on the shore of a water pond.

In each holiday hut:

• Living room with TV and mini kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery);
• Bedroom; 
• Shower and WC;
• Terrace with outdoor furniture under the roof;
• Barbecue.

In the courtyard there is a large water pond with a pier (you can go swimming, fishing), sun beds, swings for children, volleyball court, car parking place.
